Good questions
Are the characters real people?
No. Every character is an AI. You talk only to AI characters, and there is no messaging between users.
Is Turulov free?
Yes to start. The everyday chat is free, and you get free coins for the private chat. You can claim more every day, or buy coin packs if you want more.
What language do the characters speak?
Hinglish, which is Hindi written in English letters mixed with English, so chats feel natural.
What is the private chat?
A separate 18+ chat with each character. You confirm your date of birth first, and replies use coins. Gifts and photos are part of it.
How do I pay?
Coin packs are paid through PayU with UPI, cards or net banking. We never see your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Coin purchases are final and not refundable, because coins are used as your chats happen. If you were charged but did not get your coins, or were charged twice, we will fix it. See our Refund Policy.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Write to us from the email in our Privacy Policy and we'll help you delete your account and chats.
